PROFESSIONAL TEAM

Teresa Adedze
(Manageress)

Teresa is the Manageress for Hijokwano Restaurant. She holds HND and degree in hospitality and tourism management from Ho technical university. Teresa has worked with top 3 and 4 star hotels notable among them are Royal Senchi Resort and Volta Hotel, Akosombo in the Eastern Region. Teresa has a great sense of humility and very passionate about food and nutrition and its benefits to humanity. It is this passion that served as her inspiration for opening the Hijokwano restaurant. Aside working Teresa likes volunteering and helping the needy in society.

Godfred Afari
(Chef/Head of Production)

Godfred Afari serves as the head of the production department. As the chef with over 14 years of professional experience, Godfred Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and develop recipes and determine how to present the food. He also plans menus in consultation with the dietitian.

SPECIALIST TEAM

Dorinda Yebuah
(Dietitian)

Dorinda Yebuah is a dietetic professional with years of professional experience. She works with the Ghana Health Service at Ho Municipal Hospital and as the head of the dietetic department. Dorinda ensures health and safety food production and delivery process and determines what menu is to be prepared and at what time.

Eyram Jennifer Nkrow
(Nutritionist)

Eyram is the nutritionist and the head of the Head of the Department. She has Mphil in Food Nutrition from the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Ghana. She is currently serving as Assistant Lecturer at the Institute of Education (UCC) where she teaches Nutrition and Health, Meal Management, Food Biochemistry, Food Preservation among others. She brings to bear, a vast experience of practical knowledge on Food, Health and Nutrition.
